Dealing with a multitude of hair removal methods since she was young made her develop a love hate relationship with the beauty industry. Jumping from clinic to clinic trying to find the right place that addressed all her needs seemed impossible.

Sandra was never satisfied with the services she received. From bad customer service, to being burnt with machines not suited to her skin type, to receiving low quality and inconsistent treatments, not to mention paying prices she could barely afford, made her even more adamant on creating and upholding the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service with the vision of changing the industry and leading by example.
