Cancellations & Refunds 

- Sandy's Laser & Electrolysis has a strict ‘no refund’ policy* in the event you change your mind about treatments 

- All treatments cannot be transferred to existing or new clientele

- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit that session as well as lose your deposit

- A $50 deposit is required for all bookings $100 and over

- A 50% deposit is required for bookings between $51-$99

- For treatments valued at $50 or less, a full upfront payment is required for a deposit

- Deposits are non-refundable

- If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit

- If you cancel or reschedule within 5 hours of the appointment, the remaining cost of the treatment must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

PRE-PAID SESSIONS

- Promotion packages are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code

- Packages are to be paid upfront

- Package payments are non-refundable should the client change their mind
- Pre-paid treatments cannot be transferred as credit for other treatments e.g. if you purchase 3 full-body laser hair reduction sessions, should you wish to no longer undergo the remaining laser hair reduction sessions, you cannot use the credit for facial treatments  
- Pre-paid sessions/packages must be booked 4-5 weeks apart

- Failure to commit to a pre paid booked session will result in the session being forfeited
- If you do not attend, or cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will automatically forfeit that session
